PAFF 155/230 DBSP (HPL) paper is used as inner layers for the production of flame retardant decorative laminates (DBSP).

Guaranteed shelf life of HPL paper is 2 months in packaging at 25°C and 50% relative humidity. After the expiration of the specified period, HPL paper can be used in the usual way, taking into account the reduction in the degree of resin flow during pressing and after checking the main quality indicators.

High quality paper from Europe and Asia is used as base paper. For its impregnation, resins from both domestic and European manufacturers are used, as well as a number of special additives from the field of fine chemistry.

Paper for DBSP (CPL) supplies in sheets 1340 mm wide.

Resin content: 39 - 41%

Volatile content: 5.0 – 6.0%

Pressing speed: 12-25 m/min depending on the required chipboard thickness

Pressing temperature: 160 - 190°С
