Phenolic paper PS 40 S is designed for laminating plywood with mesh embossing, etc. in multi-span presses, reduces the pressing cycle by 20-30%. It can be used for pressing in single-span presses with a short pressing cycle.
Warranty period of phenolic paper is 9 months in packaging at 25 °C and 50% relative humidity. After the expiration of the prescribed period, phenolic paper can be used in the usual way, taking into account the reduction in the flow rate of the resin during pressing and after checking the main quality indicators.
High quality paper from Finland and Sweden is used as base paper. For its impregnation, resins from both domestic and European manufacturers are used, as well as a number of special additives from the field of fine chemistry.
Phenolic paper supplies in rolls with a width of 1260, 1270, 1560, 2500 mm from 500 line meter per roll.
